five senses from my world: zoe bleu, artist

Enter the eclectic world of LA based artist, actress and performance art collective mastermind Zoe Bleu.

Zoe Bleu is the LA-born artist and actress with her own performance art collective, Nautae. She made her debut acting feature earlier this year in James Franco’s Mother May I Sleep With Danger and will play the role of the late composer and pianist Erik Satie’s wife, Suzanne Valadon, who was a muse to Renoir, in a film next spring. It’s not hard to see why,  21-year-old Zoe projects an eccentricity and style that is illustrative of her upbringing between the hot springs of Big Sur and the chaos of Los Angeles, her love of oysters, poetry and the harp.

1

I don’t play any instruments but if I were to learn I’d choose the harp

I’ve been listening to a lot of harp music recently, nothing with too many lyrics – just vibey baroque heavenly music.

2
